Kim Bridgeman
Executive Director
Kim Bridgeman is the Executive Director for Adult Enrichment Services of Wilkes doing business as The Ruby Pardue Blackburn Adult Day Care Center. Kim brings over fifteen years experience in caring for the elderly, including over ten years experience with assisted living facility management.
Kim developed a desire to help others at an early age after spending her high school summers with relatives that owned and operated assisted living centers. “I never realized what an impact my care experience meant until after graduating from school. It seemed any job I had that didn’t require helping others was not fulfilling for me.”
“Adult Day Care has been the most rewarding experience of helping others than I have ever experienced. Being able to help take care of our participants during the day so that they can remain at home is just an incredible feeling.”
When not at the center, Kim enjoys spending time with her daughter, Monica, and her husband, Dennis. “I have been so fortunate to be blessed with such a supportive family and husband of over 18 years and a healthy beautiful little girl.” You are most likely to find Kim outside surrounded by nature which is her favorite place to be. She also enjoys golfing, fishing, and hiking
