Food & Snacks

Participants can enjoy a nutritional breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack during their stay at the center. Participants may also enjoy assisting staff in our large home-like kitchen with the preparation of our breakfast and afternoon snack. Our lunch is catered by Wilkes Regional Medical Center, Morrison Healthcare, where participants are served a nutritious meal with the taste of home touches.

Our menus for breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack are developed and approved by a Registered Dietician. A Registered Dietician is also available for consultation and on-going staff training. The Center compiles with the North Carolina Adult Day Care Standard in reference to nutritional meals. Special diets are available, if ordered by the participant's physician.
